Translate Complexity Into Movement
If you have a product the market doesn't have a category for yet, or expertise that's getting lost in translation between you and the people who need it, that's where I work.
I help mission-driven founders and teams turn complex products and hard-to-translate expertise, whether AI tools, fintech platforms, or clinical knowledge, into something the right people can understand, adopt, and run on their own.
Past work spans Fortune 500 teams adopting AI and emerging-category products they had no framework for, nonprofit organizations adopting new platforms and the programs around them, and clinician-founders creatively adopting AI across regulatory geographies.
Nice to meet you.
Justin Brennan has spent 15+ years bringing products the market had no category for to the people who needed them, then driving the adoption that made them stick.
He has helped Fortune 500 teams adopt and understand AI-powered products saving young lives, won the backing of a CPG marketing team for a portable-benefits fintech platform they had never funded before, and helped nonprofit founders adopt SaaS engagement platforms they didn’t initially trust, then built the programs that made them work.
He has led first-of-its-kind partnerships with Unilever, Netflix, Target, American Eagle, Pediatric Associates, Twilio, and Lenovo, and built engagement and enablement programs for the National Domestic Workers Alliance, It Gets Better, HeadCount, Crisis Text Line, HBCU Heroes, Thriving Forward Project, and Brave Mighty Minds.
Some of that work had no framework to borrow at all. He co-founded an LGBTQ+ substance use harm reduction coalition, convened the clinical experts, represented the coalition to city and state lawmakers, and when the institutional path stalled, helped build a free, virtual, global harm-reduction education program funded by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation that drew more than one thousand learners worldwide.
For Thriving Forward Project, he designed and (using Claude) built an AI-powered volunteer training simulation now in production, replacing a manual onboarding process with a measurable readiness gate that cut training time per volunteer by 75%.
Justin has held partnerships roles at Participant, Vice Media, Complex Networks, and Fullscreen, and currently runs Purpose & Vision, an independent consultancy advising founders and mission-driven organizations on AI adoption, customer success, and SaaS implementation.
“Justin is a real pro. Organized in both his communication and execution, strategic, and thorough. It's not always easy to bring in an outside consultant. But Justin makes everything easy. He's also motivated by the mission and impact. I always felt like all the bases were covered.”
